Delicious!

The coconut chip scones - like all of the Scone Goddess scones - are amazing. They are so easy to make and you have homemade, fresh-baked scones. Just a couple of things that I've discovered: always use heavy cream as recommended! Half and half or light cream lead to a runny batter that can't be fixed. To really make the scones pop, always add a powdered sugar glaze! This mix has a recipe for the glaze...

Addictive!

Better than chocolate chip, better that red velvet, better than Cabernet...it pulls you out of bed to mix and pop in the oven and then sit, sigh, and let it slowly melt over your resting tongue as you breathe in another new sunrise... addictive.
