The Scone Goddess samples our delicious scones at every event we attend. After the joy of experiencing these tender little bites, we always get asked, "How do I make this size at home?"

On the back of  The Scone Goddess Premium Scone Mix, we explain how to make the dough and form it into a disc. Rather than cutting the disc into 8 pieces, you should only cut it into 4. Then each of those four pieces should be made into a disc and cut into eight slices. (Just like you would cut a pizza!)

You now have 32 delicious scones that are pillowy on the inside and lightly crisped on the outside. Just add tea, coffee or cocoa for a delightful time with your loved ones!
